5) Price : Fixed Price expressed in US$ per MMBtu (DES basis)

3. Qualification of the Bidder
- Successful track records of supply of at least two (2) LNG cargoes exceeding one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) Metric Tonnes (MT) in total (or sixty thousand (60,000) Metric Tonnes (MT) for each LNG cargo) to LNG receiving terminals in Korea in the recent five (5) year period
