Invitation to Submit expression of Interest for LNG Supply

Korea Western Power CO., LTD (“KOWEPO”) invites sellers of Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) to provide expression of interest for the supply of ~ 0.45MMt/year of LNG commencing in 2030 for KOWEPO’s planned combined cycle power plants to be constructed in the Republic of Korea. The submission will enable KOWEPO to evaluate sellers’ capability to supply such LNG. Qualified sellers will be eligible to submit the official LNG supply proposals.

Sellers wishing to submit an expression of interest must provide the following documents:

Supplier Documents to be submitted
A. Full name of the company who will be the Seller and, where applicable, details of the Seller’s Guarantor.
B. Full address of the company’s principal place of business.
C. Credit rating of the company (and, where applicable, the Seller’s parent company) from reputable ratings agencies (such as Fitch, Moody’s, S&P).
D. Available LNG volumes that the Seller can make available for the supply (0.45MMt/year or 7 cargoes/year) to KOWEPO from existing producing projects or post-FID projects. Please provide details of quantity available from each source by year from 2030 for a period of up to 10 years.
E. Company’s experience in LNG supply. Details of current long term LNG SPAs that the Seller has with LNG buyers (Buyer name, start and end dates, ACQ, 10 years, JKTC region)
F. LNG Supply Quality(GHV range)
G. LNG Shipping capability. Please provide details of the Seller’s LNG shipping experience and details of all LNG ships currently owned (and % ownership) or under time charter by the Seller (10 years, JKTC region)
H. A description of the project, including location of each of the company’s LNG sources.
